The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- “Company” (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Simian Saboteur Ltd
- “Goods” refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- “Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- “Service” refers to the Website.
- “Website” refers to Simian Saboteur Ltd, accessible from www.simiansaboteur.com
- “You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Please note before returning –
*You must contact Simian Saboteur via the email address provided (support@simiansaboteur.com) prior to any attempt to return an item or request a refund. This enables us to ensure an improved customer experience and to initiate a smooth process. The initial email should state your Full Name, Order Number, Email Address and reason for contacting us.
When Returning Goods
Please note that You are responsible for the full cost of returning the items by tracked mail or courier only.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Reasons for refusal of returns/refunds & exchanges
Applies to any items that are returned for a refund or for exchange:
– Items that have a distinct odour.
– Items that have stains or have already been washed.
– Items that contain hair (human or otherwise), unexplained fluff or debris.
– Items that are generally in a non-saleable condition.
– Items are not returned within fourteen (14) days of purchase.
– Items that have been altered from their original form in any capacity.
– Items are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons etc.
Returned items must be in the original re-saleable condition. This is the same condition that you received them in, tags must not be removed.
Sale or discontinued items: Please note any items purchased during a sale, which are end of the line may only be exchanged if the appropriate size or variant is available. Refunds will not be given for any sale / discontinued items if not in the original resaleable condition as above.
Exchanges (if applicable) Items will be replaced if they are the incorrect size in relation to the item initially purchased or defective/damaged. Defects and damages should be reported upon discovery & must be reported within fourteen days maximum, please check all items ordered carefully upon receipt. (As above).
Refunds (if applicable) Once your item(s) has been returned to us, these will then be carefully inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund request.
*Please also include your name, order number, email address and reason for return on a slip within the product packaging. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We will not process or allow refunds for multiple returns, if an item has been exchanged once it will not be eligible for return or for refund.
